Elizabeth Vokurka, PhD

Elizabeth Vokurka is an Associate Member of the UK's Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys.  Her experience includes over 5 years' experience in IP management and funding acquisition from the ground up at Voxar Ltd (www.barco.com) as well as independent, confidential advice to investors and inventors.  Elizabeth received a PhD in High Energy Physics from Manchester University and worked as a Research Associate with Manchester's world-class Division of Imaging Science and Biomedical Engineering (ISBE). She is author on over 100 peer-reviewed publications in both particle physics and medical imaging.   In her spare time, she writes questions for BBC's University Challenge.

She is based just outside of Edinburgh in East Lothian.
